Terms of Sale

1. What we sell

Pagekit sells digital products: guides, workbooks, planners and similar materials delivered as downloadable files, and, where offered, software applications delivered by download. We sell no physical goods; nothing is shipped by post.

2. How you buy

Purchases are made through this site. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; your card details are entered on the provider's checkout, are never visible to us, and are never stored by us. The price shown at checkout — in the currency shown — is the full price. Each product is a one-time payment unless the product page explicitly says otherwise.

3. Delivery

Delivery is by download. The download becomes available immediately after your payment is confirmed by the payment provider. It is your responsibility to download and keep a copy of the file; we recommend saving it when you first open it.

4. Your licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file in your own work. You may print it and make the copies you need for your own professional use — for example, worksheets for your own sessions or classes.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent or give away the file;
• share it with people who have not bought it (share the product page instead, not the file);
• publish it, in whole or in part, on any website, marketplace or file-sharing service;
• remove or alter the copyright notice contained in the file.

One licence covers one user. If a team or an institution needs several people to use a product, write to hello@pagekit.shop and we will agree on a multi-seat licence.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: write to support@pagekit.shop within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.

6. What our products are — and are not

Our products are educational and working materials. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they do not create a professional relationship of any kind. If you need advice for a specific case, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

7. Availability and changes

We may fix, improve or re-issue a product you have bought; updates, when they exist, are delivered through the product page or by email to the address used at checkout. We may update these terms; the version that applies to a purchase is the version published at the moment of that purchase.

8. Seller and contact

Pagekit is the trade name under which these digital products are sold on pagekit.shop. You can reach us at hello@pagekit.shop for general questions and at support@pagekit.shop for orders and refunds.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence that cannot be waived.
