Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect as little as a working shop allows, we use it only to deliver what you bought and to answer what you wrote, and we never sell it. The details follow.

This policy covers pagekit.shop, operated under the Pagekit trade name. If you have a question about it, write to hello@pagekit.shop.

2. What we collect, and why

When you write to us
Your email address and the content of your message — to answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation until it is resolved.
When you buy a product
The payment provider processes your payment and shares with us what we need to deliver: the products bought, the date, and the email address for delivery and support. We never see and never store your card number. We keep order records as long as accounting rules require, mainly to honour refunds and to answer "I bought this, help me re-download it".
When you visit the site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; as part of serving pages, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address under its own policies. We do not run our own analytics.
When the Meta pixel is active
If and when the Meta pixel is enabled on this site, Meta may collect data about the pages you view and the events that happen (for example, that an order was placed) to measure our advertising. You can read about Meta's data use and your opt-out options at www.facebook.com/help/568137493958941.

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to send you a copy: write to hello@pagekit.shop and we will answer within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the updated version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting buyers will be announced at the point of sale.
